For other insurance plans, a superbill may be provided by request. Your insurance company can then reimburse you directly.

Cancellation Policy
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. Sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, a minimum of a 24 hour notice is required. No shows or appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged the cost of the scheduled service.
